Sales Kit Solution For Shoulder Reconstruction
Problem
Our client has a broad portfolio of shoulder reconstruction implants that won’t all fit into one sales kit. They wanted to show arthroplasty items and sports medicine products on the same sales call. The ability to hand-select items based on the sales call required flexibility.
Our Solution
We suggested the development of multiple foam inserts (four in this case) with a top-loading sales kit that can be loaded with the two most relevant foam inserts. The availability of an insert with two open cavities provides additional versatility.
